For more than 50 years, the Downtown Denver Partnership has proudly produced the 9NEWS Parade of Lights, Colorado's most dazzling holiday tradition. This free, family-friendly celebration brings our community together in the heart of downtown through light, music, and cultural expression.

SUPPORT THE PARADE
For over three decades, the Parade of Lights has brought holiday cheer to hundreds of thousands of Denver and Colorado families, becoming a beloved multi-generational tradition. As a free event, the Parade is accessible to everyone in the community, and in 2025, the event drew over 200,000 attendees.
Each year, we secure funding to keep this celebration free and ensure that cultural groups, local performers, and marching bands can participate without fees. This commitment keeps the Parade diverse, inclusive and welcoming to all who want to take part.
